October 7: Fall Festival (6:00-8:30 pm)
October 11: PTO Meeting (6:00 pm)
Fridays are SPIRIT DAY! Wear red, white and blue!







FALL FESTIVAL BASKET
The fall festival is right around the corner (October 7th)!  Please consider making a donation to our class TAILGATING BASKET!  It’s not too late to make donations!!  You can send the donations to school and I will get them to our room mothers!  All proceeds will directly benefit our students through the PTO!

Vocabulary Words:
Climate: The climate of a place is the weather that it usually has
Eager: When you are eager to do something, you want to do it very much
Freedom: If you have freedom, you can do what you want and go where you want
Fresh: when something is fresh, it is new or not spoiled
Sense: Sense means a feeling you have about something
Shadows: Shadows are dark shapes that are made when something is in front of a light
Silence: If there is silence, it is still and quiet







Homework:
**Please read with your child for at least 15 minutes every night!  Please practice DOLCH sight words with your child!
MONDAY: Rainbow write your spelling words; read 15 for your reading log
TUESDAY: Math sheet; Read 15 for your reading log
WEDNESDAY: Reading sheet; Read 15 minutes for your reading log
THURSDAY: Study for your spelling (TEST is FRIDAY)
